WHO IS COVERED?
You must have proof of purchase to receive warranty service. A sales receipt or other document showing that you purchased a Mason America device (“Mason Product”) is considered proof of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Mason America, Inc. (“Mason”) warrants that the Mason Product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the limited warranty period described herein. The limited warranty coverage begins the day you purchase the Mason Product, as further described in the following text.
During the 12 month period after receipt of a Mason Product, Mason will, at no charge to you, replace the Mason Product that becomes defective or inoperable due to a manufacturer issue with a repaired, refurbished, new or comparable Mason Product (at Mason’s sole discretion) or provide a refund. You must return the defective or inoperable Mason Product to Mason’s designated location following the instructions that we will provide to you. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Mason will have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned Mason Product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion after examination of the returned Mason Product, that the Mason Product is ineligible for this limited warranty. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
Exchanging the Mason Product for a replacement product does not restart or extend any of the above-set forth time periods, which continue to be calculated from the purchase date of your original Mason Product. Therefore, when the warranty on your original Mason Product expires, the warranty on the replacement product similarly expires on that same date. When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
